PEANUT – A1080064
Gone - 7-9-2016 Brooklyn
***GONE 07/09/16*** POSSIBLY PREGNANT PEANUT PLEADS FOR A PERSON TO SAVE HER TONIGHT! As with their idiotic fashion, the ACC can only confirm a POSSIBLY PREGNANT CAT, BUT can say with certainty that they will SPAY-ABORT! Aborting if in fact she is pregnant. But now, this 3 year old who AGAIN, came in as part of a HOARDING SITUATION, needs a FOSTER OR ADOPTER to show her a world of compassion and love! Do it for PEANUT, it doesn’t cost “peanuts,” the only real cost will be the loss of this girl’s life if no one steps up!
My name is PEANUT. My Animal ID # is A1080064. – P

07/08/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
As per previous owners, Peanut lived in a home with 4 adults and 2 children. She’s lived with other cats and dogs and got along great with them. Peanut loves to play and use her scratching post. Reaction to assessor: Peanut was curled up at the back of the kennel slow blinking at the assessor. Reaction when softly spoken to: Peanut stays motionless at the back and lip licks when spoken to softly. Reaction to cage door opening: Peanut remains neutral. Reaction to touch: Peanut has wide eyes focused on the assessor and lip licks as you approach her. She leans away at first then closes her eyes and leans in for rubs. It takes a few moments for her to warm up but she appreciates attention and allows petting all over with a slow approach. Reaction to being picked up: Peanut has a tense body when held and allows all handling. Behavior Determination: Experience Peanut tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
