ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: intact male, no discharge
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, no masses noted, Alopecia and scabbing along caudal dorsum
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally
Assessment
1) Dermatitis/alopecia- given location, suspect FAD but cannot r/o other causes such as allergies, immune-mediated skin disease, vs neoplasia vs old wounds
Prognosis: good

Administered Convenia 8mg/kg SQ once
