History : stray Subjective: active uri, advanced pregnancy, gingivitis and tooth loss. sneezing Observed Behavior – calm, solicits attention Evidence of Cruelty seen – n Evidence of Trauma seen – n Objective P = 120 R = wnl BCS 6/9 EENT: ou conjunctivitis severe, serous ND Oral Exam: oligodontia, gingvitis, severe PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, feti palpated U/G: pregnant MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: pregnant, dental dz, uri Plan: erythromycin, doxycycline 0.7ml sid x 14 days, test for FIV Prognosis: fair SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to uri
