Medical Summary 11/14/17 S/O: brought in with two kittens onto ACC van friendly, allowed handling, became a little impatient as was restrained for extended period of time BAR EENT: pink gums, mild gingivitis ABN: slight pot bellied appearance, no palpable fetuses, non painful, no palpable spay scar UROGEN: FI H/L: NSF, no m/a, lungs clear, eupneic M/S: amb x4, BCS 3/5 SKIN: no flea dirt seen A: apparently healthy 1yo FI cat P: ok to monitor re palpate abdomen in 10-14days to check for signs of pregnancy FIV/FeLV negative x2 on SNAP given Rabies, FVRCP vxn, ponazuril, pyrantel, and Advantage, given MC rec spay long term rec brush teeth prognosis: good
