Medical Behavior Evaluation GREEN
Medical Summary Scanned negative QARH – gentle, accepts attention, allows all handling. F~ 2 years Lactating. Came in with kittens A1083572, 3, 4, 5, 6. Separated due to age of kittens. Ears, eyes, nose, throat clear *Noted – multiple spots of alopecia on back of head, neck and shoulders. These did not scan positive for ringworm under Woods Lamp. However, a circular area on the right ear did scan positive. Vet called to examine. Her response was that the area was too perfectly round and did not appear as a lesion. She scraped off something that appeared to be stuck to the area and believed it to be a foreign substance that had bacteria in it. Dx no ringworm; however, if alopecia persists at time of FVRCP booster, the animal should be rescanned and a DTM culture should be taken at that time. I alerted Vet assistant MH to be careful in examining the kittens for similar signs of possible ringworm. He assured me that the kittens were all asymptomatic. Coat clean – no flea dirt or parasites noted Ambx4 NOSF
Weight 5.9
