Basic Information:Paprika was found as a stray in the clients apartment building hallway. History is unknown at this time.
Behavior Notes:Paprika was very friendly and easy to handle. She was headbutting counselor for attention and allowed her to pick her up. She was underweight upon intake and ate vigorously.

Oral Exam: Healthy adult dentition; grade 0/4 dental dz
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: not performed
Assessment: URI/Conjunctivitis, Underweight
Plan: Move to ISO and start on Doxycycline 50mg/ml – 0.5mls PO q24h x 10d. Terramycin ophth oint – thin strip OU q12h x 10d. Recheck day 7 and 10.
