Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. Crusty reddish debris (possibly food) over tailhead and on hocks UG: Male intact, testicles soft and symmetrical. A: 1. Ear mites Short-term prognosis: Good P: 1. Administered Activyl 9+ lbs and pyrantel 1.1 ml during exam 2. Cleaned ears during exam and administered 0.15 ml ivermectin SQ 3. Clean ears in 3 days and recheck in 7 days 1088
