Medical Summary very nervous, will flee – towel wrapped for exam microchip scan negative neutered male approximately 2 yrs old BARH 10.1lbs; BCS: 3.5/5 minor waxy debris AU, left ear tipped cloudy area towards center of left eye on cornea – VC scheduled on 7/5 mild dental staining, pigmented gingiva finder stated that he was limping and she suspected injury to left leg. when let loose in a confined area, he immediately ran and tried to scale the walls. no apparent injuries to limbs observed
