The kitten was fleeing and trying to hide, counselor was unable to get a clear picture because kitten was afraid and had tail tucked between legs. When the other kittens were taken out of the carrier and placed back after their pictures were taken, the kitten did hiss at them. Kitten scanned negative for a microchip.
