SUSPECT HORNER’S SYNDROME (LIKELY SECONDARY TO TRAUMA).
PROVIDED 0.05ML MELOXICAM SQ AND 30ML LRS SQ.
PROGNOSIS IS FAIR
RECOMMEND NEW HOPE PLACEMENT
MICROCHIP SCAN NEGATIVE
O: QARH, FEARFUL BUT ALLOWS HANDLING. MM=PINK AND MOIST, CRT<2 S
EENT: NO OCULONASAL DISCHARGE.

H/L: NO MURMURS.
NEURO: LEFT SIDED HEAD TILT. AMBULATORY X 4.
A: HORNERS SYNDROME. DDX – TRAUMA, OTITIS MEDIA, OTHER INFLAMMATORY OR INFECTIOUS DISEASE.
P: FVRCP VACCINE. PONAZURIL 0.7 ML AND PANACUR 0.7 ML GIVEN.
