NOKIA – A1064972
Safe - 2-26-2016 Staten Island
***SAFE 02/26/16 ***NINE YEAR OLD NOKIA IS A MATURE LADY WHO WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A NICE HOME AND NOT BE KILLED FOR THE SHELTER COLD! NOKIA came in as a stray, and she was very friendly. Sadly the shelter environment has made her now nervous and tense and she was given an EXPNOCHILD rating. Even the staff noted her initial good behavior. A volunteer writes: Nokia is an older gal who is having some difficulty adjusting to shelter life. Who could blame her? When she came in, she was friendly and she enjoyed being handled. However, shelter life is taking a bit of a toll on her. She’s a bit stressed and she’s become shy. This pretty tabby girl has such wonderful potential if experienced cat parents (those with a lot of experience with cats) with no small children in the home, would open up their hearts and home to her. Remember, she was once friendly and outgoing — that could be Nokia again. NOKIA DESERVES TO HAVE A HAPPY ENDING TO HER STORY – A GOOD ROUND OF ANTIBIOTICS FOR THE COLD, SOME TLC, AND LOVE AND SHE WILL BE YOUR BEST FRIEND!!
