Oral Exam: dc 2/5; pd 2/5
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: No murmur ausculted; CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; no palpable bladder
U/G: neutered male.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: grossly normal

Prazosin Give 0.25mg PO q12h x 5 days
simbadol 0.73ml SQ q24h x 4 days
clavamox 62.5mg/ml — Give 1.2ml PO q12h x 7 days
Gabapentin 50mg/ml — continue as rx by ER DVM
