Placed in Freeman net for exam. Objective BAR-H, MMs pink, BCS 6/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Unable to examine teeth PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Female, spayed at ACC in 2010 MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Not visualized Assessment: Slightly overweight Plan: Recommend weight loss Prognosis: Good 1088
