***SAFE 07/07/16*** Nikita is a cat who likes adventures. He was found wandering the Bronx Zoo. Maybe looking for his long lost family? Unfortunately his adventure ended there because he was brought into the ACC. Not much is known about Nikita’s past other than he is about 7 years old and that he has old wounds on his front paws. Nikita likes attention, he got along well with his assessor, but was scared when he was first brought in and growled and fled to the back of his carrier. But can you blame him??? The ACC can be a really scary place!!!! Help Nikita keep on keeping on, going on new adventures. Share him tonight. Before it is too late.

06/24/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
06/24/16 10:57 Nikita (a Russian male name) A1078658 is a 7yr old male white & orange tabby DSH who was found roaming the Bronx Zoo (perhaps searching for his Lion/Tiger family) and was brought in by a staff member. They stated he seems friendly but at times Nikita growls so he wasn’t fully trusted by them. They lured Nikita into the carrier with food. During intake Nikita was growling a bit and fled quickly from his carrier into the kennel and attempted to flee from the kennel once I attempted to remove him to collar and take his picture on the backdrop. For this reason Nikita’s picture was taken in the kennel and he’s since been collared. Nikita did allow me to scan (-) him.
