*** SAFE 07/09/2017*** Netty came do us as a stray found at a baseball field. She was wrapped in netting and completely tangled. We are not sure how she ended up like that but we were able to get her untangled immediately. She is a little frightened and needs an experienced foster.

DVM Intake Exam Estimated age: 2 months Microchip noted on Intake? scan negative History : stray Subjective: Observed Behavior – bit LVT, hissing, swatting, growling Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – areas of alopecia at face Objective BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: deciduous teeth PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: FI MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, a few patches of alopecia at face, no crusting or erythema CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment alopecia- R/O history of trauma vs dermatophytosis vs other Plan Wood’s lamp: negative monitor skin Prognosis: good SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to under 2 lbs
