Microchip: Negative Sex: Intact Female Age 1 years and 1 month Mentation: BARH Eyes: Clear Ears: Clean Nose: Clear Teeth: Slight staining present If abnormal BCS: 3 Skin: Over all WNL — Dorsal neck area missing hair due to wound Hair Coat: Flea comb negative Declawed: No Any injuries: Cat appears to have a wound on the dorsal area of the neck — Vet Check Behavior: Very social, sweet and curious Medication: Vet will determine NOSF
