***SAFE 07/16/16***SECOND CHANCE TO SAIL THE SEAS WITH NAVY!! Navy is a 9 week old kitty found as a stray. He’s a brown and white domestic tabby who is looking for a mom or dad in his life. The ACC really doesn’t care if he’s young or old. He’s just a number that starts with the letter “A.” He’s so young and hasn’t developed his personality yet. They try to get reactions from him and, like the baby he is, he doesn’t know how to respond. He needs a family to grow up with. Won’t someone apply to adopt or foster him tonight!
