07/07/2017 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Laidback VOCAL: Quiet CHARACTER TYPE: Curious MEDICAL BEHAVIOR: 7/3/17- Observed Behavior – very fractious EVALUATION: Cage Condition: No change Reaction to assessor: Napoleon looks neutral lying down on his cage bedding during the approach. Reaction to door opening: Napoleon remains in place, alert with soft eyes, ears erect and forward. Reaction to touch: Napoleon remains on his side allowing the touch and head bunts the assessor’s hand, but began to grumble then slowly grabs the hand with its forelimbs and gently uses the claws on its hind limbs to kick. BEHAVIOR SUMMARY: Napoleon may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in an experienced, adult only home.
