As you see in the video, he said hi to me with a big meow, and he was very affectionate when I started petting him. He started purring loudly and lay down, very relaxed. Mustafa is an affectionate cat who is looking for a forever home! 9 year old Mustafa was left behind when his owner was evicted. He is already neutered and will need some follow up dental. Hello, my name is Mustafa. My animal id is #10864. I am a desexed male black cat at the Manhattan Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 9 years 1 weeks old. – P
I came into the shelter as a stray on 26-Oct-2017.
Mustafa is at risk due to being diagnosed with and Upper Respiratory Infection which is contagious to other cats. Mustafa will likely require in home care with a course of antibiotics. There are no known behavior concerns for Mustafa at this time (Average determination).

No evidence of discomfort, no mobility. Otherwise mild dental disease. Mustafa had a loose body and his tail was relaxed behind him. He arrived inside a suitcase and poked his head out gently when the zipper was open. He meowed softly and was hesitant to come out of the suitcase. The admissions counselor enticed him with food which he ate completely.
