Hx: kitten taken along with multiple other cats from one apartment S/O approx 11-12 weeks BARH unsocialized, nervous but allows handling mm pk, moist; CRT <2 sec; deciduous dentitia eyes/nose clear AU-clean heart/lungs WNL soft, nonpainful abdomen male intact A apparently healthy kitten P no treatment needed prognosis: excellent okay for surgery
Exploring cage on approach. Tensed and eyes became dilated when door opened. Retreated to back and hissed when attempted touch, but held still when pet. Sat quietly when picked up, tense posture.
