SAFE 11/19/17 MOON HAS 2 VIDEOS! A volunteer writes: I fell in love with Moon the moment I saw him. His cheeks are just scrumptious and his beautiful orange coat is a sight for sore eyes. The outspoken social butterfly that he is, he meowed at me from across the room, asking me to come and pet him. Once I opened the cage he stuck his paw out to say hello and gave me head butts. This pumpkin fluffer is a perfect cat for anyone looking for a new furry friend to curl up with. Come see Moon at the Manhattan Animal Care Center. Another volunteer writes: What a handsome boy with wonderful chipmunk cheeks. He immediately comes to the front of the cage and puts his nose on yours and then rubs himself along the edge of the cage. He likes being petted but sometimes will give you a little nip which I felt he considered it part of playing. He’s a good guy and pretty mellow.
**Someone brought MOON to the shelter and said he was a known neighborhood cat. Moon is healthy and needs a bit more socialization but did allow handling. Please give this boy a home.
