Medical Summary Scanned negative BARH – patient, allows all handling, purrs. Pregnant female ~ 2 years (confirmed by Vet) Ears, nose, throat clear Teeth lightly stained Eyes – appears blind in right eye. Pupil dilated, Iris flecked with blood. Vet suspects glaucoma. Treated with Eryc ointment. OD: moderate to severe injected sclera with mild conjunctivitis. Appears to have fibrin in the anterior chamber. STT: 8 mmHg; FDS: Negative uptake; IOP: 26, 26, 30 Absent menace, OD, Absent PLR Coat dirty. No flea dirt or parasites found. NOSF A: Likely Glaucoma, poss. secondary to underlying disease (FeLV/FIV vs. FIP vs. Lymphoma vs. other) Likely mid-gestation Px: Fair depending on cause P: Recommend enucleation and CT – recommend receive this as well as pregnant spay Will d/c erythromycin Start Buprenex – 0.2 ml sl bid x 5 days Recheck on day 5
