EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: Pink mm, teeth erupting normally
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, live fleas, no masses noted, mild generalized dermatitis
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: fleas, FAD
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
Prognosis: Excellent
SURGERY: Okay for surgery
