Observed Behavior – Fractious, painful Evidence of Cruelty seen – None Evidence of Trauma seen – None Objective T = Not taken P = 130 bpm R = 24 bpm BCS5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: NAF PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated Full bladder, expressable, U/G: Intact male MSI: non ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, some scars on the tarsal area CNS: mentation appropriate – No anal tone Rectal: No anal tone Diagnostics- Radiograph- No obvious trauma on the pelvis or vertebrae.
