05/01/16 18:11 Molly is a cream and black Siamese cat that is 7 year old. Molly’s owner passed away. Limit profile obtained. However Molly enjoys unlimited Fancy Feast for cats. She is easily frighten and runs to hide with load noises. She does not enjoy being picked up by stranger. But she walked into her carrier and was quiet during the car ride. During intake Molly was nervous. Her body was tense and avoided being touched. She began panting and hissing. She struggle coming out of the carrier. She could not be collard or scanned. A picture could not be taken with back drop due to her being fearful and nervous.

Our enrichment facilitator has interacted with Molly and at the time he was sitting in litter box. Molly was tense with wide eyes . Molly hisses as you approach but tolerated petting. Molly was uncomfortable, lip licks and turns head away. Reaction to assessor: Molly was hiding in her litterbox with her body low and tense When spoken quietly: Molly continues to stay in the litterbox and becomes more tense Reaction to door cage opening: Molly lifts up her head and hisses at the assessor Reaction to touch: Molly tolerants petting but is very uncomfortable Try picking cat up: Did not attempt Behavior Determination: Experience No Child At the time of the assessment Molly was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes tense when the kennel was open. Remains motionless as I started to get closer. I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents with children.

S~ 7 years (shaved, spay scar found) Ears, eys, nose, throat clear Teeth – missing all lower premolars and molars, all upper premolars, all upper incisors. Heavy gingivitis, receding gums. Vet dx dental disease 4/4. Obese 8/9 BCS re Vet. Coat stiff and not groomed. Matted along caudal spine. Dried feces clinging to rectum. Shaved. Heavy dandruff. No flea dirt or parasites noted. Ambx4 – not given to moving, but capable if needed. NOSF
