Moe was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to his behavior in his previous home.
Calm, allows exam
Standing in front of kennel with a relaxed body, ears forward. Makes eye contact with soft eyes and head-butts kennel door. He remains in the front of the kennel and allows petting along his head and body while leaning in and raising his tail. Kneads blanket and purrs with continued petting. Allows all petting for duration of session without showing any sign of discomfort. Friendly and affectionate â€“doing well today!
Cage is neat
Reaction to assessor:
Moe was social and soliciting attention at the front of the kennel.
Reaction when softly spoken to:
Moe meows softly, brushes up against the door and reaches out for attention.
Reaction to cage door opening:
Moe is calm and relaxed.
Reaction to touch:
Moe purrs, leans in for rubs and steps out the kennel to explore his surroundings. He stays close to the assessor, rubs up against his body and is constantly soliciting attention.
Reaction to being picked up:
Moe is calm, relaxed and allows all handling.
H – Healthy
Moe interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
