Medical Summary Sex: Female Scan: Positive Age: 6.5 years – was 2 month old kitten when we first saw pt in October 2009 Fleas: No flea dirt. S: Timid, sits still and shrinks away from touch, but calm and allows all handling O: QAR-H, BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: Mild blepharospasm OD. No discharge OU, AU, nose. Most teeth are missing, but there is severe gingivitis over remaining few teeth. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No skin lesions noted. UG: Female A: 1. Mild blepharospasm 2. Severe gingivitis Short-term prognosis: Good P: 1. Gave 0.8 ml pyrantel and Activyl 2-9# during exam 2. Long-term veterinary care needs to include dental cleaning, radiographs and likely extractions 1088
