EENT: Eyes – SOD with blepharospasm, resisted me looking at eyes. SND. Sneezing. Oral – difficult to see fully but no ulcers noted.
MSI: IGF, ambx 4, full haircoat with some matts ventrally.
H/L good.
Eating canned and dry.
A) Conjunctivitis progressed to mild URI
P) Move to iso. Change to 3 c.
Doxy liq 1.5 cc po sid x 10 days.
Cont erythromycin OU bid – was on 7 day tx.
