Discharge around eyes. Very soft body. Allows all handling. Allows petting but doesn’t lean forward for attention. Weak. Tail lowered under body.
Microchip: scan negative
Sex: female
Age: approximately 10 weeks old
Mentation: QAR
Eyes: heavy ocular discharge, unable to open eyes initially; cleaned with eye wash and applied erythromycin ointment; right eye opened up, left eye is very squinty
Ears: mild wax
Nose: crusted; light green nasal discharge; sneezing
Teeth: wnl
BCS: 2.5/5, a little underweight
dehydrated, notable skin tent
good appetite, eating both wet and dry food
Skin: has a lot of flea dirt; no live fleas seen
Hair Coat: scruffy
Declawed: no
Behavior: tries to flee, allowed handling
Medication as per dr. 1167
0.3ml doxycycline 50mg/ml suspension SID x 10 days
erythromycin BID x 10 days
60ml LRS SID x 3 days; recheck at end of course
nebulize BID x 3 days
