07/16/2017 PET PROFILE MEMO
07/16/17 13:03 Basic Info: Mimi A1118637 is an older black spayed female DSH feline who was given to the owner as a gift from a family member & is being surrendered due to her scratching & injuring her sister. Mimi’s last veterinarian visit was last year and currently has no known health issues/injuries. Socialization: Around strangers Mimi is friendly/outgoing. She hasn’t been around dogs but was gentle, relaxed, playful & affectionate with the adults in the home and the now teenagers in the home. Mimi hasn’t bitten/scratched any person but did scratch her sister a few days ago. Behavior: Mimi isn’t bothered by the following: being picked up/held, being bathed, being brushed, having her nails trimmed or with being placed into a carrier. She hasn’t been disturbed while sleeping/resting. For a New Family to Know: Mimi is described as friendly, mellow, playful at times, affectionate & aggressive at times with her sister with a low-medium activity level. When the owner is home Mimi follows them around. Mimi is an indoor only cat that sleeps around the home, eats dry Nutro cat food 1-3x a day & is uncovered litter box trained with clumping litter within. She responds to her name. Intake Behavior: Mimi had a soft body, eyes and allowed all handling. She allowed to be scanned (-), collared & have her picture taken. Mimi didn’t seem to mind being picked up/held at all; she’ll even head butt, knead, purr and was placed into a kennel with ease. I had to clean Mimi as she had some feces on her coat and she allowed to be wiped with a hand towel and pet wipes all while still purring and kneading on my lap.
