Medical Summary 04/19/17 DVM exam. History – Brought in by owner, no medical concerns noted. Microchip scan negative. Age 2 yrs. Observed behavior – Shy, tense at first, warms up with petting. Allows all handling. Evidence of trauma – No. Evidence of cruelty – No. O: BARH. mm=pink, moist, CRT<2 s. HR=200, RR=24. BCS=5/9 ORAL: Good dental condition, no oral lesions. EENT: No oculonasal discharge, no sneezing. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias. ABD: Soft, non-painful. No masses/organomegaly. UG: Neutered male. MS: Amb x 4, no lameness. INTEG: Full, clean haircoat. Above OD – 5 mm slightly raised soft growth. NEURO: No neurologic deficits. A: Apparently healthy young adult cat. Small skin growth – r/o benign papilloma. P: Monitor while at BACC. Excellent prognosis.
