Lying in back of cubby, ears forward and eyes alert. She moves her head forward to smell my hand and allows petting along her head and body while leaning in. Remains in cubby for session – needs a bit more time to adjust. Doing well!

Mimi is relaxed when riding in car. Mimi enjoys being given a bath, having her nails trimmed, being brushed and doesn’t mind being placed in a carrier or being disturbed while sleeping/resting. Mimi will struggle when being picked up/held.

Mimi is described as affectionate, mellow, shy and quiet. Mimi enjoys laying in the window and watching people pass by. When at home Mimi will follow around her owner. Mimi was kept indoors only and was fed both wet and dry food. Mimi is litter box trained and uses a hooded litter box with clumping litter. Mimi uses a scratching post with rough rope.
Behavior Notes:
Mimi was shy during intake but allowed staff to collar, scan for a microchip and take pictures with no signs of aggression.
