SAFE 10/23/17 MILO is an older creamsicle whose owner dumped at the shelter. He has a healing wound on his abdomen and some gingivitis. Needs a new home – he is calm and relaxed!!

Ears: mild dirty
Oral Exam: moderate staining and tartar, severe gingivitis, nose- clear
Heart: wnl
Lungs: wnl
Abdomen: palpable, no mass observed,
Musculoskeletal: skin- no fleas seen, very small superficial skin healing wound seen in ventral abdomen
Mentation: good, no abnormal neuro sign seen
Preliminary Assessment: gingivitis, wound
Plan: need DVM intake exam
