History : stray. Started off nice with Behavior, but at the end of their exam began swatting and biting at carrier gate and cat gloves. P also growled and tried to swat when handler brought her to DVM intake.
Subjective: BARH. Restrained in net due to behavior. Limited PE.

EENT: Eyes clear, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: mild staining noted on LVT intake

MSI: Ambulatory x 4, no ectoparasites seen, no overt masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
