S/O: QAR, will attempted to flee and hiss. Mild nasal discharge. Chemosis OU, conjunctivitis OS.
Mammary glands are producing very little milk.
A: URI, conjunctivitis, lactating.
P: Flourescein stain negative OU. Applied erythromycin. Gave first dose doxycycline.
Move to ISO, start 10d doxcycline. Will be unable to apply topical erythromycin to eyes due to behavior, but will attempt treatment.
Prognosis: Excellent

BARH – hisses, resists handling, tries to flee, tries to scratch.
F~ 2 years
On mild palpation abdomen appears swollen as if pregnant. Unsure if lactating. VC requested.
Left eye watering – no obstruction noted.
Ears, nose, throat clear
Teeth stained, mild gingivitis.
Coat dirty. No flea dirt or parasites noted.

Nervous, leans away from contact. Lip licks. Allows petting with a slow approach.
05/03/16 Tuesday (Day 2)
At the back, inches away. Tense body. Keeps low and lip licks. Eyes focused intensely when touched. Doesn’t like being handled.
