Observed Behavior – Yowls a little when in kennel. Crouched on the exam table, quiet, allows all handling with relaxed body once removed.

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: Clean adult teeth
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female, reported spayed
MSI: One large mat on lumbar spine; otherwise good fur coat. Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: Normal externally
Matt clipped off during exam.
Assessment: Apparently healthy
Prognosis: Excellent
Plan: Adopt!
