Medical Summary Is stable Intact female Scan negative for a microchip About 6 months old Eyes are clear Nose= No discharge Ears are dirty. Cleaned with ear cleaning solution and gauze Teeth are intact and stainned Mucous membrane is pale Coat is clean Reported to be declawed on all 4 paws but is not Has an old femur fracture on the right side. Open wound on the area healed. She’s not in any pain and is able to walk on it. —On a vet check Dewormed with Pyrantel Flea Treatment= Activyl As of now no signs of URI As of now no V/S/C/D NOSF Medical is aware will be written on the kennel card
