Good for all medical handling. Did not hiss, strike, or try to bite. Did not need net to restrain. Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective P = wnl R = wnl BCS 5/9 EENT: No d/c ou, ears have moderate brown/black waxy debris, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: clean adult incisors, kitten canines PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: MI, 2 testicles descended MSI: Ambulatory x 4, flea dirt noted, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, some scabbing around face CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Apparently healthy Suspect ear mites Fleas Plan: CTM while at BACC Revolution Prognosis: excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery
