MELINA – A1076962
Safe - 7-24-2016 Brooklyn
SAFE 7/24/16 A volunteer writes: Melina is a cat of head-exploding cuteness. I mean, when you meet this cat, your head will literally explode, like John Cassavetes in “The Fury”. Ew! But so worth it! This weekend Melina greeted me by smushing her face into the palm of my hand, then rolled over on her side to receive belly rubs! She also has a habit of gazing at you adoringly, in expectation of further belly rubs! Hopefully by the time you read this, the staff here will have posted some video of Melina, which means you’ll be able to explode your head in the convenience of your own home, or on your mobile device, whatever works best for you! But nothing beats the real thing, so come on down to Brooklyn ACC and meet this little cutie today!
Another volunteer writes: Melina is a sweet girl who is friendly and enjoys your company. She would roll on her side, loving head rubs and neck rubs closing her eyes softly, purring away, looking up at you from up side down with her lovely eyes. Come visit Melina and see what a wonderful girl she is.

A volunteer writes: Melina reminds me of a chubby-cheeked toddler, with her round face and sweet disposition. But in reality, she’s a three-year-old kitty with a round face and sweet disposition! Melina sits upright in her kennel, watching the goings-on around the room. She’s curious and alert, and all you have to do to get her to come forward and greet you is to look her way and call her name. Pet her and she purrs, and if you should have a special treat for Melina, she’ll purr even more.
