I am a female brn tabby and white domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 2 YEARS
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 11/18/2016 from NY 10457, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

11/30/2016 Exam Type RE-EXAM – Medical Rating is 4 NC – SEVERE CONDITIONS NOT CONTAGIOUS, Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 5.0 LBS.
11/30/16 Pt resting comfortably in cage – alert and friendly, appreciates head pets. Good appetite this morning, feces in cage. No attempts to stand. No resistance to palpation of right femur or stifle although mild crepitus can still be palpated. Continue tx, look for placement. 1088 —- 11/29/16 Hx: Wound on dorsum, closed displaced fracture of distal femur. Good appetite, urinating and defecating regularly S: Very friendly, allows all handling. O: BCS 4/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Clean teeth. H/L: Eupnic, quiet BV sounds. NSR, NMA. Abd: Soft, no pain M/S/I: Amb x3, partially weight bearing on RHL. No pain on palpation of RHL. Skin healing well on dorsum, no swelling or discharge. A: 1. Closed displaced right femur fracture 2. Wound on dorsum, drain was placed and removed, healing well P: Removed sutures today. Continue buprenorphine for fx pain.
