For a New Family to Know
Maurice is an affectionate, mellow, shy, and talkative cat. When at home, Maurice will follow you around or be in the same room with you. Maurice likes to play with bottle caps instead of regular cat toys. Maurice was an indoor outdoor cat and would sleep inside with previous owner’s daughter or on his cat bed. Maurice was fed dry food and wet food twice a day. Maurice is litter box trained and has used an uncovered and a hooded litter box with Scoop away cat litter. Maurice did not have a scratching post and would scratch furniture instead.
Upon intake, Maurice came out of his carrier right away when he saw me place down a tray of food. Maurice allowed to be collared and allowed pets on the head. Maurice allowed me to pick him up and place him in his kennel.
