Medical Summary 04/14/16 16:36 INITIAL EXAM microchip scan negative approx 6 week old male intact DSH kitten severely distended and firm abdomen – suspect heavy worm burden vs. FIP vs. other BAR, hydrated, eating very well on own no URI signs, no conjunctivitis no ear mites or fleas/flea dirt seen BCS 3/9 deciduous dentition – molars and premolars present mm’s pink and moist heart and lungs WNL mentally appropriate, amb x 4, no lameness or neuro deficits noted male, 2 scrotal testes PLAN: gave FVRCP vaccine applied frontline topically start panacur and ponazuril deworming course place vet chceck to monitor distended abdomen deworm again in 2 weeks (at time of booster)
