Oral Exam: clean adult dentition present
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Neutered male
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, small scabs present on pinnae AU- otherwise healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: DNP
Assessment: small scabs on pinnae AU- otherwise apparently healthy neutered male; FIV positive on snap
Prognosis: fair- FIV positive on snap
Plan: ok for placement
SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to already neutered.
Behavior Notes:
FIV+. Resting on shelf at front, soft eyes and body, looking around. Lay in place when door opened. Ate treats from my hand, leaned hard into pets, purred. Ideal event cat. |
