MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat. A few scabs under chin, appear to be resolving. No overt signs of dermatitis CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: not performed Assessment: in good health Plan: vaccinate deworm combo test flea treatment microchip at surger Prognosis: excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery
