BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Maro immediately comes soliciting at the front of the cage.
Reaction to door opening: Maro remains standing at the front of the cage, relaxed body posture, soliciting attention.
Reaction to touch: Maro head-butts the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and body.
Reaction to Being Picked up: Allows the pick up and remains calm.
Placement determination: Beginner
Maro interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting.
This cat can go to a beginner home.
ENRI CHMENT
Very food motivated. Allows pets, but much more interested in treats. Ate treats from hand.
PROFILE
Maro allowed petting and handlng while in his carrier. He would head bump the admissions counselor hand while being petted. He was collared, scanned for a microchip(negative) and photographed without displaying any negative behavior.
