Intake behavior:
Marilyn was very affectionate during intake and purred loudly when being pet/held. Marilyn would knead her paws when being pet on her head.
Marilyn was lethargic last night when found, was gievn food and water. Marilyn is underweight.
07/27/17
S/O: QAR. ~5% dehydration. Allows all handling. Minimal interest in food at time of exam even after coaxing, Soft stool in litter box, no vomit seen. BCS 2/9
EENT: Eyes clear, epiphora OU, mild conjunctivitis and mucoid ocualr discharge OS, no nasal discharge
HL: No sneezing
ABD: Slightly distended abdomen
INTEG: WNL
MS: Ambulatory x 4
UG: Female
A: Very underweight, conjunctivitis, poor appetite today, soft stool — parvo test neg
R/O heavy parasite burden vs other
P: Continue with LRS and nutrical, adding erythromycin OU q12 x 10 days and augmentin 0.23ml PO q12 x 10 days. Fair prognosis

ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: underweight
Plan: LRS 10 cc bud
Prognosis: fair
SURGERY: underweight for surgery
