Observed Behavior: hissing and swatting in carrier but calm once left, did not attempt to handle after retreating into carrier, head butted gate but then hissed and looking for escape route, limited exam to avoid stress
Sex: appears intact male, could not palp
Estimated Age: appx 3y+
Subjective: overweight but seemingly healthy animal
Eyes: clear
Ears: clean
Oral Exam: mild staining
Heart: could not auscultate
Lungs: could not auscultate
Abdomen: could not palpate
Musculoskeletal: overweight 6.5/9 BCS
Mentation: BARH
Preliminary Assessment: overweight
Plan: DVM intake
