Medical Summary Hx: two kittens came in together without mom from group of feral cats; eating canned food on their own S/O approx 12-14 weeks old QAR, mild dehydration unsocialized, hisses, will flee; difficult to handle mm pk, mild hypersalivation crusting around nares but no active discharge eyes clear minimal waxy debris; non pruritic AU heart/lungs WNL pot bellied; soft, nonpainful abdomen intact male A mild dehydration hypersalivation-r/o behavioral vs early URI vs other P no SQF due to temperament monitor app/attitude, monitor for URI signs rec’d foster for socialization or SNR prognosis: good okay to neuter
