ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: MI, 2 descended testicles
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, approx 2.5 cm wound ventral to right ear with some purulent discharge
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

gave convenia injection 0.36 mls SQ (x)
sedated with telazol 0.1 mls IM, simbadol 0.5 mls SQ
debrided and flushed wound
placed two cruciates in the skin with 3-0 monocryl
gave onsior 0.35 mls SQ (x)
