Medical Summary Hx: one kitten was taken from a feral community because she looks sick; noted to have diarrhea S/O approx 8 weeks QAR allows handling mm lgt pk, tacky; deciduous canines and premolars present mucoid nasal discharge, sneezing, nasal congestion OU-blepharospasm, crusting discharge heart/lungs WNL soft abdomen; intestines feel thickened clean coat female A diarrhea URI with conjunctivitis underweight P 25 ml SQF ponazuril .46 PO SID x 3 days doxycycline 0.2 ml PO SID x 10 days terramycin OU BID x 7 days prognosis: good to excellent temp s/n waiver due to URI
